Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrive Kathmandu. Full project briefing: what we're doing, why, and how to do it well.
🏨 Overnight: Kathmandu hotel
Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Thamel orientation with a local guide. First cultural connections.

Drive to project village (2–3 hrs from Kathmandu). Morning: meet the school, students and project coordinator. Afternoon: project work begins.

Full day on the project with the school community. Exchange activities with Nepali students in the afternoon.

Genuine. We work with schools that have identified specific projects — painting, materials delivery, library construction — and have requested help. Your students will do work that matters.
We build a half-day programme where Nepali students lead the activities — teaching games, language, songs. Your students participate. The relationship goes both ways.
Yes — the school has email access and we facilitate ongoing correspondence between your students and Nepali students as a follow-up to the trip.
