By booking with Unique Gap Years you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing a deposit.
A booking is confirmed when a deposit has been received and a confirmation email issued. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation.
Comprehensive travel insurance — including medical evacuation cover — is a condition of booking for all trekking itineraries above 3,000m. Helicopter evacuation cover is strongly recommended for all Himalayan treks.
You are responsible for ensuring you are medically and physically fit for your chosen itinerary. We reserve the right to exclude a participant from activities that present a safety risk.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety, weather or operational reasons without notice. Where a significant change is made before departure, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
