Lukla, Namche, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, Base Camp at 5,364m, Kala Patthar at 5,545m for the sunrise you'll never forget. The most iconic trek on earth, done properly — small group, Sherpa guides, teahouse accommodation, all permits included.
Very fit. You should be running or hiking regularly for at least 3 months before departure. The trek involves 6–8 hours of walking per day for 10 consecutive days at altitude.
AMS is a real risk above 3,500m. Our itinerary is carefully planned with acclimatisation days. We carry emergency oxygen and all guides are wilderness first-aid trained.
A 5,545m peak above Gorak Shep — the highest point of the trek and the best viewpoint of Everest's summit. You reach it at dawn for the sunrise.
Lukla is one of the world's most dramatic airports and flights are weather-dependent. We build contingency days into the itinerary. Helicopter evacuation insurance is strongly recommended.
